The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, (COMMERCE) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to install into production and fully configure for Commerces needs an investigations software system. Installation includes: all software licensing fees, system installation, data conversion, training system users, system administrators and technical staff.
