This RFQ is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned/Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside for Brand Name Only ZEISS Inverted Motorized Microscope for VAMC Salem, VA. GENERAL:
The Salem VA Medical Center, is a division of the United States Government s Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and has a requirement for healthcare resources to be furnished by a Contractor. The new molecular research lab at Salem VAMC is seeking to purchase a Zeiss inverted microscope as part of its standing up process. The fluorescent microscope that will be purchased from Zeiss will be used for research purposes. This microscope will be used to analyze protein expression in tissue and cells.
