The State is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractor to provide certified instructor(s) to teach a National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Core Curriculum Introductory Craft Skills certification class to cadets. All training provided must be done in a formal classroom setting with an instructor physically present. Offers of online instruction only with no instructor physically present in the classroom will be rejected.
