The Network 10 Contracting Office, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr., STE M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about 23 February 2017 - and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Services at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. This procurement is set aside for small business, NAICS Code 621399, size standard $7.5 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision and equipment, necessary to perform Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Services at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. The period of performance is 12 Months after date of Award with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
