Intranet Information Architecture Development
The business goal for the revamp is to build an intranet that becomes a virtual community for the nearly 7,000 judicial department employees in the State's 100 counties. The new intranet will augment the core business applications by providing user-defined supporting content, and documentation and services that will increase communications, collaboration and interactions between department groups. The new intranet will be an open model whereby users provide self-maintenance of the content. This user self-maintenance will be achieved using web content management software.
