REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY
This sources sought is issued solely for informational, planning purposes, and to provide market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19 is seeking sources to provide a desktop Intoxilyzer for the Cheyenne VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) are encouraged to submit information regarding this service. Sources are sought that are able to meet the Salient Characteristics below. This is a request for information only! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA does not intend to pay for information received. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contract Specialist by 12:00pm (Mountain Time) July 1, 2014. Salient Characteristics of Intoxilyzer:
" Must be Desk top intoxilyzer
" Must meet all State of Wyoming Instrument Certification Requirements
" Must be recognized by the Federal Judge, US. Attorney, and District Attorneys
" Must have the ability to print out the BAC results
" Must have a set standard for completing s third test
" Must read the room air first
