Internet and Data Center Services
Vendor shall provide the following:
1a. Domain Name System (DNS) must include primary and secondary DNS service.
1b. Border Gateway Protocol Routing must assist Optional Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) set-up to facilitate multi-homing between multiple ISP networks.
1c. Web-based Reporting must include connectivity statistics for the previous day, seven-day or thirty day period to be viewed through secure web portal.
1d. A 100 Mbps Internet circuit must be delivered on fiber network owned by the Internet provider. The County prefers to work directly with the provider owning the fiber and Internet with one call to the Network Operations Center (NOC). Must provide 24x7 365 NOC support. Provider must allocate the County with up to two (2) Class C subnets for internal Hide Network Address Translations (NAT).
