Internet Home Page Redesign
The purpose of this Request for Offers (RFO) is to solicit offers for the acquisition of services for the first phase of the Texas Workforce Commissions (TWC) redesign of its web site. TWC needs to update the look and functionality of its Internet web site (http://www.texasworkforce.org) and will do so incrementally.
