Internet Based Health Risk Assessment
The Department is soliciting bid(s) from vendor(s) to develop an Internet-based Health Risk Assessment program for a potential of 10,000 – 75,000 State Employees in 1- 75 State agencies located throughout the State with the potential for an incremental increase in number of agencies and participants in future years (if extensions are utilized).
