Opportunity Description:
The organization provides cross-ministry Internet support to the GoA, and requires Internet access capable of bursting to line rate with an average throughput of 200 Mbps measured over a twenty four (24) hours period. This connection is to be provided over a Gigabit (1000 Mbps) Ethernet interface. The configuration must be scalable in increments of 100 Mbps to allow an aggregation of 900 Mbps without need for change of Vendor hardware. The Service must be capable of being dynamically distributed.
