International Processing Serving for Office of Foreign Litigation (OFL)
The Civil Division's Office of Foreign Litigation (OFL) has a requirement to provide process serving and related services for OFL. This procurement action will be a re-competition of Contract DJJ15-C-2597. All services will be performed at no cost to the U.S. Government. Payment for all services rendered by the Contractor will be made by the foreign authority requesting the service of the legal documents. Offerors are required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer. Questions due 12 September at 10 AM ET. Proposals Due 16 October 2019 at 10 AM. Email Directly to the CO.
