The County seeks to replace the Police Department's Internal Affiars Section (IAS) outdated Case Management System with a suitable software and service solution to facilitate IAS's desire to properly store and manage information obtained during investigation of the actions of the agency personnel. The proposed solution should be an off-the-shelf relational database with advanced functionality as further described.
