Devon County Council (DCC) is inviting tenders for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the supply of interior design, furniture and fittings for Devon's 21st century libraries programme. The invitation to tender will result in a Framework Agreement that will be used by DCC to purchase interior design services coupled with the supply and installation of furniture and fittings for a range of library new build and refurbishment projects.
