The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified HUBZone Certified Small Business for the Interior and Exterior Repairs to Hurricane Damaged Buildings at the Arecibo Job Corps Center in Garrochales, Puerto Rico.
The work consists of construction services including all equipment, materials, and labor to execute facility repairs for the interiors of multiple buildings, exterior lighting and electrical distribution systems damaged during Hurricane María in September 2017. The work includes, but is not limited to, restoration of classrooms, vocational and administrative spaces, repair or replacement of gypsum board, ceiling grids and tiles, and electrical equipment.
Who May Respond
Interest in this pre-solicitation announcement is open to all HUBZone certified type business relative to the primary NAICS code 236220 with a Small Business Standard of $36.5 million. The magnitude of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
The successful offeror shall be registered via the System for Award Management (SAM) internet site at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/##11.

Bid Due Date
The deadline for submittal of offers is hereby changed from June 24, 2019 to June 26, 2019 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time.
