The locations of the facilities and the pest control services to be performed are as outlined in the specifications contained herein, as per schedule of: Phase I - December 1, 2011 through November 30, 2012, Phase II - December 1, 2012 through November 30, 2013 and Phase III
- December 1, 2013 through November 30, 2014, subject to continuing need and availability of funds.
