Interior Repair Plan Phase 2
The Interior Repair Plan Phase 2 project encompasses renovations to the west half of the Hall and will include the following work: select non-structural demolition and abatement on all floors; replacement of the existing HVAC system and associated mechanical components serving the west side of the building; replacement of existing west side radiators with new finned tube radiation; modifications to existing ductwork; installation of a new exterior area well and screen wall; renovation of existing men's and women's toilet rooms on all floors to meet ADA accessibility requirements including new fixtures, partitions, doors and frames, finishes, and accessories; construction of new, ADA accessible women's toilet rooms on the basement and 4th floors; installation of a new electrical distribution riser; new ceilings, lighting, and wall finishes in area of work; selective patching and repair of existing partitions; modifications to the existing fire alarm and sprinkler systems; new corridor floor finishes throughout the building; and replacement of 18 windows provided by the university.
