Interior Renovations
The City is soliciting bids for interior renovations within the Repair Facility. The scope of work generally involves interior renovation of the office space and the conversion of the space into staff facilities associated with an operating fire station. The area of renovation is approximately 2,800 square feet. New uses shall include bunk room, offices, day room, kitchen and dinning area. Work shall consist of interior demolition, relocation of existing building devices and equipment, construction of new walls, lighting/outlets, new interior finishes and painting. In addition, modification to existing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems will be required.
