Interior Renovation to Demonstration Labs

The Interior Renovation of 3 Classrooms (approximately 1,800 sq. ft. each) includes the following:
1.    Replacing and lowering the existing ceiling from 20’-0” AFF to 13’-0”AFF.
2.    Replacing the light fixtures.
3.    Extending the HVAC ductwork down to the new ceiling.
4.    Replacing existing 18’-0” high movable acoustical partitions with 11’-0” high movable acoustical partitions.
5.    Install new 20’-0” high gypsum board partition between Classrooms 3 and 4.
6.    Remove existing cabinets and plumbing fixtures in Classrooms 2 and 3.
