Interior Painting
The Contractor selected shall provide all materials, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, personnel, paint, primer, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to perform the Work requested in this RFP, which is more fully described in the Contract Documents. The facility is approximately seventy-five thousand (75,000) square feet in floor area and operates as a skilled nursing facility. The facility includes resident rooms, kitchenette and dining rooms, shower and bath facilities, common lounge areas, a barber shop, recreation areas, nurses’ stations, administrative offices, a central laundry facility and other supporting areas.
