The beams, pipes, ledges and other surfaces as listed herein, are to be first vacuumed to
remove excess dust and eleviate it from filtering through the air and landing on other
surfaces or the floor. The remaining dust and any residual is then to be removed from the
beams, pipes, ledges and other surfaces as listed herein. Any obvious dust or residual that
has fallen to the flooring or other surface is to then to be cleaned.
