Interchange Improvements
The City is requesting qualifications for professional services from registered engineering firms with experience in highway interchange design, traffic analysis, traffic modeling and micro-simulation for K-18 & K-113 Interchange Improvements. The consultant’s service will include the study of the existing interchange configuration and its current capacity. The study will also include analysis of multiple alternative configurations in an effort to determine the most cost effective improvements necessary to allow the interchange to operate under acceptable levels of service under current and future conditions.
