Interactive voice recognition with computer telephony integration

The County of Santa Clara (hereafter, County) is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide, install and maintain/support an Interactive Voice Recognition (hereafter "IVR") system with Computer Telephony Integration (hereafter "CTI") and possible Speech Recognition for the Valley Connection Call Center, a part of the Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital System (hereafter "SCVHHS"). We are seeking proposals for a turnkey system - the installation of computer hardware and software (with some modifications or customization if required), as well as training of County staff in use and maintenance of the software. Only proven base system software products will be considered. The County is not interested in purchasing professional services to design and develop a system.
