Vendor must provide 12 fixed interactive whiteboard systems/projector with documentation and connecting cables and devices.
Vendor must also provide a minimum of two (2) sets of white board consumables per whiteboard solution.
Vendor must deliver and test all interactive whiteboard systems supplied.
Vendor must train participants and administrators on how to set up and use whiteboards
Vendor must provide a minimum two year warranty and technical support
