Interactive Voice Response System
The purpose of the Request for Proposal is for the purchase and implementation of an Interactive Voice Response System per the attached specifications, terms and conditions including all associated costs. Although the City tries to maintain continuous access to the website, service may be interrupted. Therefore, suppliers are encouraged to submit bids 24 hours prior to the bid closing. An un-submitted bid is not acceptable.
