The project scope includes, but is not limited to, implementation planning and project
management; supplying all necessary technology and software; integration and installation
services; servers, interfaces to external and internal applications; testing; training; data
conversion; user manuals, technical documentation; and post-implementation warranty and
annual maintenance support as detailed in Paragraph 5, Attachment 1, and Attachment 2.
