Interactive Voice Response Application and Related Services
The Lottery is issuing this Request for Proposal to invite responses from qualified and reputable firms, licensed in North Carolina, to provide Interactive Voice Response (―IVR‖) Application and related services outlined in the scope of work as set forth in this RFP (collectively, the ―Services‖). Specifically, the Successful Contractor shall provide telephone call processing services and telecommunications transport according to the specifications as set forth in Section 2.9 of this RFP. Any Contractor selected through this RFP process (a ―Successful Contractor‖) will work in cooperation with the NCEL MIS and Communications Departments in the planning, designing and execution of the scope of services as contemplated under this RFP.
