Interactive Net Based OH&S Training and Management Program
The program shall offer a multitude of up-to-date pre-designed multi-media OH&S courses for occupational hazard awareness and injury prevention for employees of all areas within Rocky View Schools.
The program shall have the ability to customize or add courses for division employees.
The program shall have the ability to electronically notify employees of upcoming courses, provide course exams, issue certificates and renewals and provide reports upon request.
The program shall have the ability to report and track accident/incident reports for employees.
The program will provide online access/links to MSDS information and safe work practices.
Online and 1-800 help support shall be included in the cost of the program.
Training to be compliant with CCOHS, CSA, Alberta OH&S Standards and Legislation, Canadian Human Rights and FOIP.
Audio, Visual and Written text and graphics are requirements fo the program.
The Proposal shall have the ability to host the server for this program in compliance with FOIP requirement for a Canadian server location.
