Intent to Sole Source
Education, Training and Practice in Advanced Leadership/Developmental Coaching to LDC instructors and other qualified faculty in Air University in order to deepen knowledge, experience, and ethical practices around coaching, and qualify them to independently coach others as well as sit for the national Board Certified Coaching certificate. The content would include review of key coaching concepts, deepening the coaching experience through combined use of holistic and developmental coaching models, use of assessments in coaching and leadership development plans, psycho-dynamics of coaching, ethically based coaching practices, group coaching, developing a coaching tool box, coaching certification process, and supervised coaching sessions. The approximately 60 hours of education and practice would be completed in an eight-day tailored program that can be provided for up to 26 people on site. Additionally, the time would include a train-the-trainer event for the LDC instructors who oversee Faculty Development. The program would include all books and materials for an Advanced Leadership/Development Coaching Program.
