Intent to Sole Source with Neptune Tech Services, Inc. for Flared Base Group Antenna Radomes
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to purchase three (3) each Radomes and three (3) each Radomes, DF, for the Flared Base Group Antenna. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on a sole-source basis to Neptune Tech Services, Inc., dba Neptune Precision Composites, 11657 Central Parkway, Suite 405, Jacksonville, FL 32224-2661 (CAGE Code 1HFU0). Neptune is the only vendor capable of supplying this requirement as detailed in the Sole-Source Justification.
The delivery date is 4 months ARO.
F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI (02841-1708)
This requirement is a total small business set aside, sole-source procurement as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. The NAICS Code is 334511; the size standard is 750 employees.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
Additional details will be released upon issuance of Request for Quote (RFQ) No. N66604-18-Q-3717. The RFQ is anticipated for release on or about 24 September 2018. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be established in the RFQ.
