Intent to Sole Source for SASE conference
The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) intends to award a contract for the services in support of the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) Conference.
The contractor is required to perform the following task: The contractor shall unload from selected carrier and deliver all crates, timely and efficiently, to booth 325 to allow RDECOM personnel to have enough time to set-up structure. Contractor shall provide carpet with ½" foam padding. Contractor shall provide services at the end of the conference by moving crates to the loading dock and reload on selected carrier.
The conference will be hosted by SASE and venders are pre-selected by their sponsor. The contractor Shepard Exposition Services was preselected to perform the required services.
Interested persons must identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses must be received no later than 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, 27 September 2018.
