Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to L1 Enterprise for Karl Storz CMAC Video Monitors. NAICS Code 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, due to the ability to interface with Karl Storz Video Monitors. L1 Enterprise meets the latency constraints within the VA. No solicitation will be issued.
