Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space must not be in the 100 year flood plain.
TERM: Ten (10) years.
DELINEATED AREA: office space must be located within Odessa, TX, Loop 338.
OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for Occupancy on, or, about September, 1, 2018
