The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to Flexible Liner Underground Technologies, LLC (FLUTe), located in Acalde, New Mexico, for the removal of water FLUTe liners from four monitoring wells located at the Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), Arnold Air Force Base, Manchester, Tennessee. The anticipated period of performance is 10 days from award.

There are no option periods.

FLUTe is the sole proprietor of the water FLUTe system. Improper removal of the water FLUTe system creates the potential for unwanted hydraulic communication and mixing of contaminated water between different water-bearing zones in the wells.

In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
