Product characteristics an equal item must meet to be considered:
• Must be able to provide a platform for OverDrive content to be view/delivered.
• Must be able to interface with the Air Force Portal.
• Must be able to provide a login system for customers that meets the needs of active duty users and their dependents as well as retirees.
• Must be able to interface with the Air Force Portal, Army Knowledge Online (AKO), Marine Corps, Military OneSource, and Navy Digital Library (NDL).
