The purpose of this bid is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)
technological solution that allows the Statewide Information & Analysis Center to collect, manage, search, share,
analyze, and disseminate validated criminal intelligence data with its numerous law enforcement and intelligence
partners operating throughout the State of Utah.
