The Authority requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide one (1) Intelligence Analyst to help the Department conduct a formal Security Risk Assessment for the purpose of identifying and rating Security strengths and weaknesses. The Security Risk Assessment is a necessary prelude to updating security plans, prioritizing security projects and deciding what and how to sustain in-place security measures.
