Integration of Security Control Systems
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Due to the sensitive nature of the information, interested vendors must first file a signed Confidentiality Agreement form with OGS to obtain a copy of the RFP. Instructions and the form are posted below or can be obtained by emailing the designated contacts. Upon receipt of the completed form, OGS will provide the vendor with access to the RFP documents on a password protected site. Bidders will submit qualifications by June 23, 2010; if qualified, attend a conference on July 15, 2010; and submit complete proposals by August 27, 2010. The Office of General Services (OGS), in cooperation with the Division of State Police (DSP), is seeking a vendor to perform the following: upgrade and integrate existing security control systems located at the Empire State Plaza (ESP) and associated OGS-managed facilities throughout New York State. The scope of the project includes the acquisition, installation, implementation, integration and maintenance of the following: a new centralized security control and management system (SCMS); a new video management system; a new graphical user interface; and a new video display wall. The implementation portion of the contract is anticipated to require up to two years. Maintenance and support services may be required for the balance of the contract term.
