AIR-4.11 Integrated Material Management (IMM)
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Integrated Material Management (IMM) Solicitation, N00421-16-R-0054, for the Rapid Capability Engineering and Integration Department, Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division, AIR-4.11.4. The Government's intent is to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror who provides the best overall value, with an estimated award date of 24 April 2018.
Description of Requirement: The Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division (AIR-2.5.1.2) at Patuxent River, MD intends to procure, on a competitive basis, the services necessary to provide centralized supply support for the AD-4.11.4 Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division. The contractor shall provide expert support management services to perform and apply a supply chain management approach to all centralized SCMS Division supply support and material handling functions. The contractor shall provide centralized management and physical warehouse space and related services for complete asset management, storage, as-needed acquisition support, receipt, issuance and delivery, and final disposal services, to include database management of all material and equipment in custody.

It is requested that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date the solicitation is issued. Questions received after 10 calendar days may not be answered prior to the proposal due date. This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. The solicitation number is N00421-16-R-0054. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 with a small business size standard of $38,500,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is R706 - Logistic Support Services. This requirement is a follow-on procurement to contract N00421-15-C-0021.
