Integrated Tax Solution
The result of this procurement will be the acquisition of a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)
software solution for an ITS. All Vermont taxes, functions, and funds will be consolidated into the
ITS. Any contract resulting from this RFP will be a deliverables-based, fixed-cost contract. COTS
software, software integration services, hardware to operate that software or appropriate
hosting, warranty, and ongoing operations and maintenance activities are within the scope of
this procurement.
