Integrated Storm Water Management Master Plan
The County is seeking proposals from architecture, landscape design, and engineering firms to develop a site masterplan for the housing site on behalf of the City Housing Authority. The master plan will integrate a hybrid of innovative storm water management solutions to increase the overal Resilience of the site in the event of a set of climate impacts, in particular flooding and storm surge. In addition, the master plan will recommend ways to reconfigure pedestrian circulation and vehicular site movement, and will engender active and innovative community uses. A detailed scope of work is provided in Exhibit A.
