Integrated Risk Management Program
County Emergency Management and Homeland Security (FCEM&HS) has chosen to adopt an integrated risk management (IRM) approach to managing risk at the local level. IRM is based on the premise that emergency management and homeland security (EMHS) partners can most effectively provide security when their efforts are unified. IRM is a structured process that helps organizations create a coordinated approach to risk mitigation and hazard response.
