Benton-Franklin Health District (BFHD) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) in preparing to replace the financial program that is currently used for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchase Orders and some Project Accounting.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from vendors for the selection of a new Integrated Public Sector Finance, Payroll and, Human Resource (HR) Solution for BFHD. General information about BFHD can be found on the district's website: http://www.bfhd.wa.gov. The acquisition will include a system that is:
a.Supported by a highly qualified and reliable vendor with experience in complex public sector implementations. Vendor qualifications are set forth below;
b.Mainstream products with strong manufacturer commitment and vendor support;
c.Easy to use and readily accepted;
d.Open system industry standards based;
e.Easy to upgrade to newer standards as they become readily accepted;
f.and Easily maintained by network administrators through standards based interface.

It is the sole responsibility of any proposer, vendor, contractor, or any entities representing the submission of a response to this RFP, herein referred to as 'Proposer', to monitor the BFHD web site for any amendments to the RFP.
