Integrated Property Tax Management System Implementation

The offices of the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder, Treasurer-Tax Collector and Auditor-
Controller Office are in the second stage of a multi-agency reengineering project, referred to as the
County of Riverside Enterprise Solutions for Property Taxation (CREST) Project. The result will be
the design, development and implementation of an Integrated Property Tax Management System
(IPTMS). When fully implemented, the IPTMS will replace the existing legacy property tax systems.
