Integrated Property Tax Management System Implementation
The offices of the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder, Treasurer-Tax Collector and Auditor-
Controller Office are in the second stage of a multi-agency reengineering project. The result will be the design, development and implementation of an Integrated Property Tax Management System
(IPTMS). When fully implemented, the IPTMS will replace the existing legacy property tax systems.
This Request for Proposal is the culmination of the initial phase of the Project that included an extensive analysis of the Countys property tax management systems.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit fixed price proposals from qualified firms to implement a
turn-key Integrated Property Tax Management System for the County.
