Solicitation Number: W91QV119R0070
The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to issue a solicitation to award a firm fixed-priced contract with a twelve (12) month base and four (4) 12 month option years on behalf of the Fort Belvoir Department of Public Works (DPW). DPW has a requirement for Integrated Pest Management Services. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for Small Business vendors. The estimated Period of Performance 15 September 2019 with a twelve month period of performance and four option years through 14 September 2024. The anticipated posting of the solicitation will be posted on or about 1 August 2019.
All Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. It is also noted that 8(a) firms must be certified as 8(a) with the Small Business Administration (SBA) as well as certified on SAM.
Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps.gov for release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
The NAICS code for this requirement is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services. The small business size standard is $11 million.
The anticipated closing date for this solicitation will be on or about 30 August 2019 at 2:00 PM Local Time, Fort Belvoir, VA.
