Integrated Online Public Relations System and Services
This Request for Bid is for a secure, externally hosted online system of integrated public relations services,
in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications listed herein. Services requested include, but
are not limited to, searching media contacts, distributing and tracking press releases, monitoring news
and social media coverage, analyzing news content, compiling reports, managing non‐media contacts, and
managing public relations projects. All systems and services must be externally hosted and maintained by
the Contractor. Montgomery College information technology services shall not be used to provide this
contract. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, infrastructure, software, and equipment
necessary to provide the requested services. The Contractor shall have a minimum of seven (7) years of
experience providing online public relations management services.
