The Purpose of this single Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select up to four responsive and
responsible Consultants (or teams of Consultants) to provide professional Travel Demand
Management (TDM) services and Commuter Choice products and services to assist the New
York State Department of Transportation to implement operating programs to improve mobility,
reduce traffic congestion, improve air quality, while offering employers and commuters valuable
information and services, including encouraging the use of carpooling, mass transit and other
alternatives to driving alone.
