The 18th Contracting Squadron at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa intends to award a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) for an Integrated Library System (ILS).
The Contractor must provide, host, maintain and update the comprehensive Integrated Library System (ILS) (required by AFI-34-270, supporting extensive Circulation, Cataloging, Serials, Acquisitions, Outreach, Materials Booking, Reserves, Inventory, Reporting and Accountability capabilities along with public interface options- On-line patron access catalog (OPAC) with MARC records. Each module is part of the overall, integrated with a single, integrated client interface for all staff functions.
