The County is requesting a proposal for an Integrated Land Records System for the Recorders Office to be evaluated through competitive sealed negotiations. This system must meet all the requested criteria in order to be evaluated. It is the Countys goal to ensure that the Land Records System will be sizeable enough to image, index and cashier transactions and documents at their current needs and absorb an increased volume over the next five (5) years. It is desired that this system have a real time environment.
