Integrated Financial Management System
Pursuant to the Virginia Public Procurement Act, The Virginia Housing
Development Authority (VHDA or Authority) requests sealed proposals to establish a
contract through competitive negotiations with a qualified firm to provide an integrated
financial management system.
VHDA seeks proven leaders in providing an integrated system solution for its Baseline
applications - general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget, and cash
management. For vendors that can deliver the Baseline applications, VHDA will also
consider those vendors' offerings for Desirable applications (expense management,
fixed assets, debt servicing, procurement, supply management, contract management)
and Related applications (HR/Payroll).
